Role & Company / Project Overview: Stellar World School is hiring an Admissions Counsellor for its Bandra Campus in Mumbai. At Stellar, the whole admission process is designed to ensure that students, parents, and school authorities learn about each other, set expectations, and collaborate to help the student become life literate. Stellar strives to create a community of like-minded people committed to raising a generation of life literate individuals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels. • Counsel parents on the school's curriculum, pedagogy, programmes, facilities, and overall learning environment. • Understand family requirements and effectively communicate the school's value proposition. • Manage the admissions process from enquiry and follow-up through application and enrolment. • Conduct campus tours and coordinate parent interactions with relevant academic teams. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions on the CRM. • Build strong and lasting relationships with prospective and existing parent communities. • Follow up proactively with prospective families and ensure timely closure of enquiries. • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams on admissions initiatives and events. • Achieve defined admissions and enrolment objectives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant qualifications in Education, Psychology, Management, or Communications are an advantage. • 5–6 years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, premium education, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong presentation, counselling, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. • A warm, confident, and professional approach when interacting with parents. • Strong follow-up, organisation, and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with CRM systems and admissions databases. • Experience with an IB / international school will be an advantage.
