This executive search opportunity is tailored for an experienced Business Head, COO, or the operational leader running operations just below the CEO who is ready to step into the top seat rather than climbing someone else's corporate ladder. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Take the reins of the legacy agency and architect its future direction and business model. • Shape the overall agency vision—whether building a digital-first agency, a creative powerhouse, an influencer marketing powerhouse, or an innovative model the industry has yet to see. • Assemble, lead, and develop the agency team. • Direct operations, drive profitability, and own the full entrepreneurial journey from the ground up. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Currently serving as a Business Head, COO, or a senior leader managing agency operations directly below the CEO level. • Proven leadership track record within the advertising agency ecosystem. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, innovate, and scale agency business models.
