• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Senior Associate – Consulting (Business Development) to join our Consulting Division in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in consulting or advisory services, a strong understanding of business and regulatory matters, and an interest in business development and client engagement. Mumbai-based candidates with a go-getter attitude and a solution-oriented mindset will be preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Advise on structuring and setting up entities in India and overseas. - Assist in entity restructuring based on promoter and business requirements. - Conduct regulatory research and prepare professional opinions. - Handle statutory valuation and price discovery assignments. - Support due diligence for M&A and fundraising transactions. - Provide end-to-end transaction advisory and execution support. - Advise on family business restructuring and succession-related matters. - Assist in the structuring and establishment of family trusts. - Develop tax-efficient and process-efficient transaction structures involving: * Share transfers and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) * Sale of immovable properties and joint development agreements * Promoter and investor exit strategies * Company restructuring and closure • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA - Experience: 2–4 Years - Prior experience in the consulting or advisory division of a reputed firm. - Working knowledge of Income Tax Laws, Companies Act, and FEMA regulations. - General awareness of GST, Labour Laws, and other applicable business laws. - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Client-focused approach with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - Interest in business development, relationship management, and client acquisition. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra • Compensation & Benefits - CTC Budget: ₹9–10 LPA • Application Instructions - Interested candidates meeting criteria are encouraged to reach out and submit updated resumes.
