Role & Company / Project Overview: MNM Hiretech Private Limited is hiring an Architect for healthcare and commercial design projects in Mumbai to join our client's Design & Planning team. If you have strong architectural design skills and experience in commercial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare facility designs. Reports to Founder / Design Head. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for various healthcare facilities. • Support senior architects in design development, project coordination, and documentation. • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to approved plans. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants for smooth project execution. • Prepare detailed architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software. • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards. • Recommend suitable materials and finishes, considering durability and cost-effectiveness. • Support project planning, timelines, budgets, and documentation to meet delivery deadlines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. • Experience: 4–6 years (up to 4–7 years) of experience in architectural design for commercial projects. Experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred but is not mandatory. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; good understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation. • Required Skills: Strong architectural design and technical skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work under supervision and follow instructions, and a professional approach to collaboration. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Full-Time. • Location: Mumbai, India. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: INR 6,00,000 to INR 10,00,000 per annum (₹6 LPA - ₹10 LPA).
