Role & Company / Project Overview: AND EVENTS is looking for a creative and passionate 3D Designer with experience in designing exhibition stalls, event setups, and corporate event spaces to become part of a dynamic team that transforms ideas into memorable event experiences and innovative exhibition spaces. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design creative and innovative 3D exhibition stalls and booth layouts. • Create 3D designs for corporate events, conferences, product launches, and award ceremonies. • Develop realistic 3D renders and presentations for client approvals. • Prepare layouts, elevations, and detailed design drawings. • Work on branding, signage, LED walls, furniture placement, lighting, and fabrication details. • Coordinate with the production and execution teams to ensure designs are practical and achievable. • Understand client briefs and convert ideas into impressive visual concepts. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition stall and event designing. • Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or other relevant 3D design software. • In-depth knowledge of materials, fabrication, lighting, and exhibition stall structures. • Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines. • A strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stalls and event designs is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kandivali (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • On-site event and stall design role.
