• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Private Equity Fund Accounting to oversee private equity fund accounting operations, client deliverables, and team leadership in Mumbai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage end-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting functions and operations. - Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated fund accounting team. - Supervise and ensure accuracy in NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions. - Handle complex accounting for carried interest and overall fund structures. - Drive client interactions and manage client relationships with senior stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Professional Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, OR Non-CA candidates with 9+ years of experience. - Core Experience: Strong core Private Equity Fund Accounting experience. - Leadership: Mandatory team management experience. - Technical Expertise: In-depth expertise in NAV calculation, financial statements preparation, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, and fund accounting. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office / WFO, 2 days Work From Home / WFH). - Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation commensurate with AVP-level leadership experience. • Application Instructions - Contact Purva via WhatsApp for more details.
