Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Senior Accountant located in Bhandup, Mumbai for the Automobile Industry (JAWA). Prior experience in the Automobile Industry is MANDATORY; candidates without relevant automobile industry experience will not be considered. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally - Handle bank reconciliation and financial records - Manage GST & TDS related activities - Calculate monthly salaries and assist with payroll processing - Maintain vendor ledgers and track vendor payments - Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments - Handle professional email communication related to accounts and payments - Maintain proper financial documentation - Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience - Automobile Industry experience – Mandatory - Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally - Good knowledge of GST, TDS & Bank Reconciliation - Payroll and salary calculation experience - Vendor ledger management and payment tracking - Good written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Age: 27–45 Years - Gender: Male / Female • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bhandup, Mumbai - Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM - Weekly Off: Sunday • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
