Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation & Accounts Professional (Executive / Senior Executive) in the Finance & Accounts department, with hands-on expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, TDS compliance, ITR filing, and finalization of books of accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: 1. TDS Compliance: - Preparation and filing of quarterly e-TDS returns. - TDS reconciliation with books of accounts and challans. - Handling Form 16 / Form 16A. - Managing TDS defaults, corrections, and notices. 2. Income Tax & ITR Filing: - Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns. - Verification of AIS, TIS, Form 26AS, PAN & Aadhaar. - Tax computation, advance tax, and refund management. - Handling income tax notices and documentation. 3. GST Compliance: - Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & Annual Returns. - GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) management. - Handling e-way bills, e-invoices, and GST notices. - Monthly GST compliance and reporting. 4. Accounts Finalization: - Maintaining and reviewing accounting entries. - Bank, vendor, debtor, and creditor reconciliation. - Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. - Year-end adjustments and audit support. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3–6 Years of experience. - B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Accounting. - Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP and MS Excel. - Knowledge of GST Portal, Income Tax Portal & TRACES. - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. - Ability to manage statutory compliance deadlines. • Preferred Skills: - Experience handling multiple entities / group companies. - Exposure to statutory audits, tax assessments, and litigation. - Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Borivali, Mumbai • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹35,000 Per Month • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resumes through the provided contact details.
