Role & Company / Project Overview: Growth Capital is hiring a Credit Analyst based at Parel, Mumbai. The organization is looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in credit assessment within the banking, NBFC, or financial services ecosystem. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct thorough credit assessment and financial analysis of prospective borrowers. • Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and borrower profiles. • Support credit underwriting and prepare accurate credit appraisal documentation. • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to assess creditworthiness and manage lending risks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply. • Education: Graduate in a relevant discipline (Finance, Commerce, Banking, or related field). • Preferred Background: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector. • Sound understanding of credit assessment methodologies and financial statement analysis. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and strong documentation skills. • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
