Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior/Staff-level Full-Stack Software Engineer (5 openings) to join an AI-powered platform team building data-connected applications using natural language. Work authorization accepted includes USC, GC, EAD, H4, and H1B. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Architect, build, and maintain data-connected full-stack applications powered by natural language and AI. - Implement and deploy LLM and AI Agent frameworks and applications into production. - Manage real-time data streaming and WebSockets architecture. - Build and maintain infrastructure as code and deploy production Kubernetes services with GitOps. - Implement comprehensive observability (logging, metrics, alerting, incident response) and conduct load/performance testing for high reliability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong Java and React full-stack development experience. - Hands-on experience developing LLM/AI Agent applications. - Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or similar frameworks. - Strong AWS cloud experience (EKS, EC2, S3, VPC). - Production Kubernetes experience (CRDs, Controllers/Operators, Helm, GitOps). - Experience with WebSockets, streaming, and real-time application development. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or CloudFormation. - Strong observability expertise including logging, metrics, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. - Experience with load and performance testing to ensure production reliability. - Experience utilizing AI coding tools such as Claude or Cursor. - Preferred: Experience with AI evaluation platforms/tools, multi-region architecture, and active-active / active-passive architectures. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
