Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong retail domain knowledge, ERP/WMS expertise, and hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to support operations in the Retail, Grocery, and Food Industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Troubleshoot production issues and drive permanent solutions. • Collaborate with business users, developers, and implementation partners. • Lead testing activities and support end-to-end enhancement delivery. • Manage incidents, problems, and changes while continuously improving application stability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience. • ERP Platforms: Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle, JDE, JDA, or similar Retail ERP/WMS platforms. • Domain Expertise: Retail domain expertise covering Merchandising, Procurement, Replenishment, and Inventory Management. • GOLD ERP experience is a strong plus. • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills with Oracle and the ability to debug PL/SQL. • Systems & Scripting: Java, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and Batch Scheduling. • Integration: Hands-on experience with System Integrations including EDI, Flat Files, XML, and Web Services. • Support & Testing: Proven expertise in Production Support, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Management, SDLC, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Enhancement Delivery. • Professional Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred: Prior experience specifically within the grocery and food retail industry. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Monrovia, California, United States. • Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week.
