• Role & Company / Project Overview BJS Home Delivery is hiring customer-focused professionals to join the Customer Service team as Customer Service Executives to support UK operations and be the voice behind every delivery experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer queries through calls and emails - Resolve delivery-related issues and complaints - Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely resolutions - Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities - Flexibility to work rotational shifts - Immediate joiners preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 67, Mohali, Punjab, India - Shift: UK rotational shifts - Working Days: 5.5 days a week / 6 days during probation period • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their resumes or connect directly via DM.
