Role & Company / Project Overview: TIR Production is looking for a creative, multidisciplinary mind to join our team for a long-term collaboration. We are seeking someone with strong aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across graphic design, photo post-production, and social media management, actively contributing to the visual communication development of our projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Graphic design and development of visual content aligned with the identity and tone of various brands. • Photographic post-production, high-end photo editing, and color correction. • End-to-end Social Media Management, from editorial calendar planning to content creation, curation, and publishing. • Contribution to the creation and development of creative concepts and visual directions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Graphic Design and excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Demonstrated skills in photo editing, color correction, and post-production. • Hands-on experience in Social Media Management covering editorial planning through content deployment. • Strong aesthetic sensibility, creativity, and high attention to detail. • Good proficiency in English. • Residence in Milan or surrounding areas. Nice to Have: • Interest in and knowledge of Beauty, Cinema, Fashion, and Advertising industries. • Understanding of major digital communication trends and languages. • Strong team collaboration mindset, proactivity, and autonomy in managing design projects. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Milan, Italy (candidates must be based in Milan or nearby). • Arrangement: Long-term collaboration.
