Role & Company / Project Overview: UltraSpec Carpentry Group Ltd has secured a solid pipeline of work including upcoming timber frame projects and requires a skilled, reliable team of 10 timber framing carpenters directly on the books for long-term projects in the Midlands. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Erect, install, and assemble structural timber framing on commercial and residential projects. • Work from architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. • Execute high-speed, quality price-work timber frame installation safely and accurately. • Maintain strict site safety, quality, and construction delivery schedules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in timber framing carpentry and price work. • Relevant NVQ or proven trade experience. • In-date, valid CSCS Card. • Full set of professional carpentry tools. • Reliable transport and clean driving license. • Must be a UK resident (local applicants only due to current visa constraints). • Professional, reliable, and available for immediate start. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Midlands, United Kingdom. • On-site timber frame construction sites. • Immediate starts available. Compensation & Benefits: • Earnings: Up to £1,750 per week (£7,000 per month) on good runs of workload on price work; general base rates £1,300/week. • Long-term positions with formal contracts.
