• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for strong Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultants who can operate as US-based Lead Functional Analysts and work closely with onsite Application Managers, QA leadership, and offshore teams. There are 3 openings available on a Contract / C2C basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate as a US-based Lead Functional Analyst - Collaborate closely with onsite Application Managers, QA leadership, and offshore delivery teams - Perform end-to-end validation across Oracle Fusion, custom/in-house applications, and third-party systems - Execute quarterly release and patch impact analysis along with comprehensive regression testing - Validate integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations across heavily integrated Oracle Fusion environments - Drive strong onsite-offshore coordination, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and defect triage • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM functional experience - Strong experience in Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising (GOP), Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Information Management (PIM), and Planning - Hands-on expertise with Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) - Proven experience working within heavily integrated Oracle Fusion environments - Must be California-based and onsite-ready for Menlo Park 3 days per week - Nice-to-have skills: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), file-based integrations, and requirement traceability • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Menlo Park, California, United States - Work Model: Onsite 3 days per week / Hybrid • Compensation & Benefits: - Contract / C2C basis • Application Instructions: - Submit qualified resumes and matching profiles directly to the recruiter via email.
