Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Digital UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across enterprise applications and web platforms in Melbourne, Australia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end UX design, from discovery and user research to development and release. • Create user journeys, personas, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. • Conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability testing. • Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and contribute to design systems and reusable components. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI Engineers, and API teams. • Perform UX quality assurance and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in UX/UI and interaction design. • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools. • Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture. • Experience with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility/WCAG. • Understanding of React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Important Note: No visa sponsorship will be provided; must have working rights in Australia.
