• Role & Company / Project Overview Resource Corner is currently looking for an experienced ENM Solution Architect / Integration Lead for a contract opportunity in Australia within the Telecommunications domain. The candidate will be technically responsible for migration strategy, solution design, technical governance, implementation procedures, risk assessment, and technical issue resolution. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Solution Design: Review current ENM3/ENM4 and target ENM6/ENM7 architecture and existing migration procedures & documents. Define migration strategy, execution methodology, and rollback approach. Validate onboarding, supervision, security, and connectivity designs. - Technical Governance: Review migration runbooks and procedures. Define technical acceptance criteria. Ensure compliance with Ericsson and Telco standards. - Migration Planning: Define migration batches and sequencing. Identify technical risks and dependencies. Guide implementation and cutover planning activities. - Escalation Support: Resolve complex onboarding and synchronization issues. Lead technical troubleshooting during migration windows. Provide support for rollback activities when necessary. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years telecom OSS experience. - Deep hands-on Ericsson ENM expertise. - ENM onboarding, supervision, CM/FM/PM experience. - Strong Linux and telecom network management knowledge. - Production migration and troubleshooting experience. - Preferred Skills: OSSRC to ENM or ENM to ENM migration experience; Ericsson ENM administration; Ericsson Radio (LTE and 5G) and Transport network technologies; large scale operator transformation programs. - Eligibility: Candidates must have a valid Australian work visa; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Contract type: Contract - Location: Melbourne, Australia (Preferred location; other Australia cities acceptable) • Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the requirements are requested to share their updated CV to the provided contact email address.
