Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of enterprise experience for an onsite position in McLean, Virginia. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade, high-performance, large-scale applications with high throughput. Technical expertise required includes backend development using Java and Spring Boot, build tools such as Maven and Gradle, server-level performance tuning in Kubernetes, and relational database expertise in PostgreSQL with database tuning. Additional core skills include caching technologies like Redis and Caffeine for scalability, system design, event-driven architecture, API development with REST, GraphQL, and gRPC, as well as troubleshooting complex production issues. Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda) and AI/ML integration (building intelligent applications using ML models, data pipelines, and AI-driven frameworks) is required.
