Role & Company / Project Overview A growing NBFC is hiring a dynamic Sales Manager – Individual for its Business Loan (BL) segment in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The selected manager will oversee commercial lending origination through channel partners and drive local market share. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead market sourcing and customer acquisition for Business Loan products • Identify, recruit, and manage active DSA channel partners to source SME/commercial borrowers • Deliver assigned sales targets and maintain high loan disbursement volumes • Oversee client liaison, preliminary appraisal, and documentation handover to credit teams • Foster long-term partner relationships to build a steady pipeline of loan inquiries Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Substantial sales experience in Business Loan (BL) sales in banking or NBFC sectors • Preferred working background in DSA channel management • Strong track record in sourcing, client engagement, and partner management • High target orientation and proven ability to close commercial loan transactions Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India • Work Mode: On-site / Field Sales Compensation & Benefits • Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (₹10 LPA) Application Instructions • Forward your updated resume directly to HR to apply for this opening.
