### Role & Company / Project Overview Amrit Consultancy is conducting a mega hiring drive for experienced professionals in the Life Insurance sector under the Bancassurance (Banca) Channel for Mathura. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage Bancassurance channel operations and partner bank relationships. • Drive life insurance sales and meet target achievements. • Handle customer inquiries, provide advisory on life insurance products, and ensure client satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong rapport with bank staff and prospective policyholders. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 5 years of professional experience. • Life Insurance experience is mandatory. • Banca Channel experience is preferred. • Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA, or as per market standards and candidate profile. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should share their updated resume via email or phone contact.
