Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively hiring a Back-Office Conversion Analyst with substantial fund accounting background to manage client conversions and core back-office fund operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute end-to-end client conversion projects within fund accounting operations. • Drive operational delivery and cross-functional team coordination across internal and external stakeholders. • Support portfolio accounting and reporting across diverse fund structures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Fund Accounting. • Demonstrated hands-on experience in fund accounting and client conversions. • In-depth domain knowledge of ETFs, Hedge Funds, Derivatives, and Master-Feeder Funds. • Working familiarity with MCH and eHorizon platforms is preferred. • Strong capabilities in team coordination, stakeholder management, and seamless operational delivery.
