A leading quick-commerce company is hiring a Store Manager for its Mangalore location. The role involves managing end-to-end store operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing inventory planning and replenishment, minimizing stock losses through FIFO/LIFO compliance, conducting cycle counts and stock audits, and maintaining high inventory accuracy. The Store Manager will monitor key operational metrics such as order turnaround time, fill rates, and customer satisfaction while leading and training store staff to achieve productivity targets. The position also requires ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards, coordinating with supply chain and delivery teams, analyzing MIS reports, and resolving customer escalations.
