• Role & Company / Project Overview: DJobs is looking for a Production Manager for one of their client organizations to be a part of creating exceptional luxury spaces for a high-volume luxury fit-out facility. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee end-to-end factory operations across production, quality control, and logistics for a high-volume luxury fit-out facility. - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams driving workflow efficiency and on-time project delivery. - Manage end-to-end client coordination covering scoping, alignment, progress updates, and final handover. - Oversee resource allocation, procurement & vendor management to meet strict brand specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Furnitures / Luxury Furniture manufacturing. - Demonstrated background in factory operations, production management, quality control, and supply chain within the furniture industry. - Strong capabilities in leading cross-functional teams and managing client and vendor relationships. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Location: Manesar, Haryana, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget / Compensation: Up to 7.20 LPA (INR 720,000 per annum). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates looking for exposure in their career are encouraged to send an updated CV via email.
