Role & Company / Project Overview SUBROS is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our manufacturing team as a Production Engineer at Manesar. Be a part of our team and drive excellence in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review log books and data from the previous shift during shift start meetings. • Deploy manpower and review shift plans. • Ensure material availability on the shop floor and verify first-part approval per work instructions. • Analyze defected materials (put scrap material in the Red Bin). • Monitor critical machines, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and tool life monitoring. • Track hourly production, ensure production planning via PPC, and manage Poka Yoke (mistake-proofing) devices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: 5–7 Years of experience. • Specific Technical Skills Needed: - Assembly Operation: Core knowledge of automotive HVAC & radiator assembly processes and operations. - Performance Optimization: Identify and eliminate major production losses, improve machine (m/c) utilization, manpower efficiency, cycle time (CT), and line balancing. - Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of IATF 16949, EHS, 7QC tools, 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Standard Work, and waste elimination.
