• Role & Company / Project Overview: Entire Air Conditioning Solutions is hiring a 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning Apprentice to expand their Brisbane and South East Queensland operations. This role offers an exceptional pathway to a qualified trade position through structured on-the-job training and exposure to a broad spectrum of projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist qualified technicians with installations, servicing, and repairs of split and ducted air conditioning systems. - Work across diverse residential and commercial settings, including new builds, existing homes, renovations, and light commercial projects. - Gain comprehensive trade experience, expanding practical technical knowledge across diagnostic and mechanical procedures. - Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines while delivering quality workmanship. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Must be an active 3rd or 4th year Air Conditioning Apprentice. - Previous hands-on experience in split and ducted system installations, servicing, or repairs. - Eagerness to build trade skills, learn from senior technicians, and develop long-term trade capabilities. - Positive, reliable attitude and dedication to top-quality craft. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Brisbane & South East Queensland, Australia (Onsite across client sites). • Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $30 to $45 AUD per hour (based on apprentice year level and experience). - Real skill development and on-the-job training under experienced tradespeople. - Clear pathway to a fully qualified trade position with long-term opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Send your resume detailing your apprentice level and trade experience.
