Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: TUSAS Malaysia (Turkish Aerospace Malaysia) is hiring a Materials & Processes Engineer (Composite) to support aerospace manufacturing operations on a 3 to 6-month overseas contract assignment, with possibility of extension. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage material characterization, process qualifications, and specifications for composite materials used in aircraft manufacturing. - Provide engineering oversight on composite material selection, curing processes, and quality standards. - Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and airframe certification personnel to ensure aerospace regulatory compliance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Aircraft, or related Engineering discipline. - Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft manufacturing. - Deep technical expertise in composite materials, material processes, aircraft structures, and certification activities. - Familiarity with aircraft development, production, maintenance, or certification processes is an advantage. - Short notice period or immediate availability preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Willingness to undertake a full-time contract overseas assignment for 3 to 6 months with possible extension. - Base location: Malaysia. • Compensation & Benefits: - Contract overseas assignment provisions. • Application Instructions: - Email CV specifying the preferred position prior to 30 October 2026.
