### Role & Company / Project Overview A well-established electronics manufacturing and services group with extensive manufacturing operations and a strong international presence is hiring an experienced HR Manager for an exciting international/overseas career opportunity beyond Malaysia. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee and lead end-to-end human resources operations and strategic management within a high-volume manufacturing plant environment. - Manage employee relations, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, HR compliance, and workforce planning. - Collaborate closely with international operational leadership to implement standardized HR practices, company policies, and organizational development strategies. - Drive talent retention, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives tailored to manufacturing and electronics services operations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of professional human resources experience specifically within the manufacturing industry. - Demonstrated capability in managing plant HR operations, employee relations, and workforce administration. - Readiness and eligibility to take on an overseas career assignment outside Malaysia. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Type: Full-time overseas deployment (outside Malaysia). ### Compensation & Benefits - Attractive monthly salary package ranging between 16,000 and 18,000. - Comprehensive benefits package. - Exciting international career exposure and professional growth opportunities. ### Application Instructions - Submit your updated resume directly via email to the talent acquisition team.
