We are seeking a dedicated BIM Manager (MEP) to turn complex engineering designs into coordinated solutions and contribute to projects that build a better tomorrow. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee BIM coordination and management across medium to large-scale engineering and architectural production projects in Revit and associated technologies. • Oversee design collaboration, coordination workflows, and model-based drawing production. • Perform and coordinate clash detection, resolve spatial conflicts, and manage model-based quantity take-offs. • Utilize design analytics software, tools, and methodologies relevant to mechanical and electrical engineering. • Utilize computation, algorithmic design, and scripting tools to enhance design automation and workflows. • Uphold organizational integrity, manage sensitive and confidential project information, and maintain proactive problem-solving across daily tasks. • Assist, mentor, and support team members while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience in CAD, Revit, BIM drafting, or related fields. • Proven experience working in an architectural or engineering production environment. • Demonstrated experience functioning as a BIM Coordinator or Manager on medium to large-scale projects. • In-depth knowledge of BIM authoring and coordination software, specifically Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and coordination workflows. • Basic knowledge of design analytics software, tools, and methods used in mechanical/electrical (MEP) engineering. • Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, and other computation and scripting tools or programming languages is an added advantage/plus. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage confidential data. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks, able to work both independently and collaboratively. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Full-time professional role based in Malaysia. • Works within a digital engineering and architectural/engineering production setting. ### Compensation & Benefits • Professional growth in an innovative digital engineering environment. ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume and application directly to the designated recruitment email.
