• Role & Company / Project Overview: Open Innovation Inc. is hiring a System Maintenance Engineer (Leader) to manage system maintenance, operations, and support for clients in Japan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform system maintenance and monitoring to ensure systems are functioning correctly for clients in Japan - Troubleshoot system issues and failures promptly - Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and relevant parties as needed - Take necessary actions to restore system operations in the event of an outage or failure • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N3 or higher (a certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency is not necessarily required) - 2 to 3 years of practical experience in Java and SQL - Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Alabang / Makati, Philippines - Onsite role • Application Instructions: Submit your resume/CV to the recruitment team.
