Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an onsite Marketing Assistant based in Makati to manage and execute digital marketing, content, social media, and catalog maintenance tasks for a lifestyle and defense store. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review the company website and Shopee store for new arrivals, outdated listings, or items that need removal • Coordinate with Sales to ensure product listings (photos, descriptions, stock status) are accurate • Conduct market and competitor checks regarding promotions, product trends, and content styles • Draft and submit new captions and visuals for approval • Prepare 1–2 short-form video concepts (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) • Schedule the following week’s content • Update and maintain the content calendar and shared marketing folders • Optimize website and product pages using SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, titles, internal linking) • Conduct basic keyword research for content, product listings, and blog opportunities • Attend weekly marketing meetings and present insights Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Flexible across various marketing and administrative functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva • Well-organized and detail-oriented • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Tech-savvy with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Proficient in video creation and editing for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Proficient in SEO including keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring, and basic analytics • Experience in digital marketing and paid ads (Meta Ads, boosting, basic campaign setup and monitoring) is a plus • Professional attitude, positive demeanor, strong sense of initiative, accountability, and team collaboration skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines • Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday, Dayshift Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time payroll role with standard benefits (specific compensation details not disclosed) Application Instructions: • Interested applicants must apply with a portfolio or sample works submitted, including 2–3 sample social media posts (image + caption) fitting a lifestyle/defense store created via Canva or similar tools
