• Role & Company / Project Overview: D&V Philippines is hiring a Senior Accountant to work directly with an Australian client. In this role, you will take the next step in your accounting career by delivering high-quality financial services, reporting, and compliance support in a collaborative professional environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting activities - Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules - Assist with tax returns and compliance requirements - Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing - Review workpapers and ensure accuracy and quality of financial records - Build strong client relationships through effective communication - Collaborate with the team to deliver timely and reliable financial information • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - 3 to 5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or taxation experience - Experience in an accounting or professional services firm is highly preferred - Proficiency in Xero; knowledge of MYOB is an advantage - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Shift: Day Shift - Work Setup: Hybrid - Location: Makati City, Philippines • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Hybrid work setup with equipment provided - Day 1 HMO - Vacation and sick leave credits - Yearly company and employee performance bonuses - Continuous training and development opportunities • Application Instructions: Submit your updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
