• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for Production roles in the pharmaceutical industry across multiple facility locations in Maharashtra. The role involves managing formulation, manufacturing, and packaging lines. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage daily shop-floor manufacturing and packaging operations in compliance with cGMP. - Supervise batch manufacturing processes (solid orals, injectables, liquids, or APIs as assigned). - Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR). - Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure smooth equipment operations. - Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and production targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc. - Open to both freshers and experienced pharmaceutical candidates. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery and manufacturing practices. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations across Maharashtra: Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. - Rotational plant shifts. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹4,50,000 to ₹12,50,000 CTC per annum (as per experience). • Application Instructions - Interviews are ongoing.
