Role Overview: solarvolt GmbH is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in Magdeburg to serve as a growth driver for their expanding energy solutions company (photovoltaics, heat pumps, battery storage, and electrical installations). The CMO will take charge of brand identity, marketing strategy, and lead generation, collaborating directly with executive management, sales, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the entire marketing strategy for PV and energy solutions; position the brand clearly; systematically scale lead generation channels across Google, Meta, Social Media, SEO, and content marketing; optimize the complete customer journey and conversion funnels; define KPIs, build dashboards, and make data-driven decisions; manage external agency partners and eventually build an internal high-performance marketing team. Qualifications & Skills: Extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO) with proven success in performance marketing, lead generation, and B2B/B2C growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM, tracking, automation, and AI integration into marketing workflows. Experience in energy, solar, heating, or real estate is a plus.
