Role & Company / Project Overview: BARSYL – Balaji Railroad Systems Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting a Supervisor – Safety and Quality Control for the West Central Railway Project Management Services (WCR PMS) project in Madhya Pradesh, overseeing safety compliance and quality assurance across railway project sites. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor, inspect, and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across all active project sites. • Conduct routine inspections of construction and electrification works, ensuring compliance with railway safety norms. • Identify hazards, conduct quality audits, and prepare safety and quality inspection reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant qualification and experience in Safety and Quality Control within infrastructure or railway construction projects. • Thorough knowledge of site safety standards, quality inspection methods, and risk assessment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Locations: Jabalpur / Pipariya / Satna / Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India. • Site-based responsibilities across Madhya Pradesh project locations.
