### Role & Company / Project Overview DGTERA is hiring for a paid internship opportunity as a Technical Support Intern. This internship offers hands-on practical experience and the chance to be considered for a full-time role at DGTERA following successful completion. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver technical support assistance and troubleshoot user inquiries. • Work directly with the Odoo system to resolve technical issues. • Participate in on-site office training sessions and gain practical experience with company software systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Fresh graduate. • Preferably self-study or prior training on the Odoo system. • Previous experience in a Call Center or Technical Support role is considered a strong plus. • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt • Workplace type: On-site training at company office ### Compensation & Benefits • Paid internship • Practical experience with Odoo systems • Opportunity for full-time employment after training ### Application Instructions Please submit your CV with the subject line 'Technical Support intern'.
