### Role & Company / Project Overview An experienced BIM MEP Modeler is required to join an active project based at 18th Tower in Lusail, Qatar. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare, develop, and coordinate MEP BIM models and engineering drawings. • Conduct clash detection and participate in BIM coordination processes to resolve multidisciplinary clashes. • Work in close coordination with multidisciplinary project teams to align model deliverables. • Produce accurate shop drawings and documentation extracted from MEP models. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant professional experience in BIM MEP modeling. • High proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. • Practical experience in preparing and coordinating MEP models and detailed engineering drawings. • Solid understanding of clash detection workflows and BIM coordination standards. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 18th Tower, Lusail, Al Daayen, Qatar. • Workplace Type: Onsite project location. ### Application Instructions • Send your updated CV directly to the contact person via email.
