• Role & Company / Project Overview: Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting a Service Coordinator for their Ludhiana office. With over 15 years in business and 535+ projects executed across 18+ states, Secured Engineers is a leading MEPF and Solar EPC provider for hospitals, factories, warehouses, and commercial spaces. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate after-sales service, operation & maintenance (O&M), and defect-liability service requests from clients. - Schedule service technicians and engineers to client sites, tracking service visits and resolution timelines. - Maintain service records, client feedback logs, spare parts inquiries, and maintenance contracts (AMCs). - Liaise between clients, technical service engineers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Experience in service coordination, helpdesk, customer support, or post-sales service administration. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Dedicated office role based in Ludhiana, Punjab. - Standard full-time office schedule. • Application Instructions: - Apply on the company website.
