Job description

SAS ONE Private Limited is hiring a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals. Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving performance via Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation, and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, rankings, and traffic. The role also involves managing and growing the company's social media presence (including LinkedIn), planning content marketing, email marketing, and promotional campaigns, monitoring performance analytics and KPIs, and conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Design, Content, and Product teams to support business growth and strengthen brand positioning across digital platforms. Qualifications required include 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing with practical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and lead generation campaigns. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple marketing projects under deadlines. Prior experience with B2B marketing, SaaS, IT, or technology marketing is considered an added advantage. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
