Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Swati Vidha Services is hiring a Civil Engineer for biogas plant project sites in Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will manage and oversee critical civil construction activities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise civil construction work at biogas plant project sites. - Monitor construction of foundations, RCC structures, tanks, drainage systems, and plant buildings. - Ensure all work strictly follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and site teams. - Check construction materials, measurements, and ongoing work progress. - Maintain accurate site reports, measurements, and project documentation. - Ensure strict compliance with construction safety standards and project timelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction (preferably in industrial or biogas plant projects). - Knowledge of civil engineering drawings and site execution. - Practical experience in quantity estimation, BOQ, and material management. - Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and labour at project sites. - Willingness to travel to project locations across Uttar Pradesh. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (with travel to project sites across Uttar Pradesh). - Interview Dates: 12th & 13th October 2026 (Face-to-Face Only). - Joining Date: 15th October 2026 for selected candidates. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Candidates with relevant civil construction experience are encouraged to send their updated CV.
