• Role & Company / Project Overview CriticalWave Energy Solutions / CC International Contractor is seeking an experienced Carpenter or Architectural Finishes Specialist to support a mission-critical construction project at the U.S. Embassy in Luanda, Angola (Project Code: ANG26-CARP-01). This is a short-term overseas contract opportunity supporting critical protective systems and infrastructure development in a secure overseas environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform carpentry and architectural finishes on-site. - Handle drywall and sheetrock installation and finishing. - Execute wall framing and ceiling grid installation. - Carry out painting and general interior finishing. - Conduct carpet installation and handle materials appropriately. - Perform demolition and interior reconfiguration tasks. - Read and interpret architectural/construction drawings and specifications. - Collaborate effectively within a team environment on a U.S. Government project while maintaining a strict safety and quality mindset. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven carpentry and architectural finishes experience. - Experience in secure construction environments and U.S. Government projects. - Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) or TS/SCI security clearance required. - Valid passport with sufficient validity for overseas travel. - Ability to meet Angola visa requirements and overseas medical screening requirements. - High reliability, mission-focused work ethic, and strong team collaboration skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: U.S. Embassy, Luanda, Angola (Onsite / Overseas Deployment). - Duration: Approximately 40 days (Contract dates: Target mobilization November 9, 2026 – Planned completion December 17, 2026). - Schedule: Approximately 60 hours per week. • Compensation & Benefits - Travel support provided. - Lodging provided. - Project vehicle provided. - Daily per diem provided. - Visa assistance provided. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their current resume stating their current security clearance status, trade specialty and relevant experience, availability for the November–December project timeframe, and desired hourly or daily rate.
