Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced Principal Architect for Enterprise Platforms & AI to lead architecture modernization and platform engineering initiatives across USA with regular travel to Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide principal-level architecture while maintaining hands-on engineering capability across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data integration. • Architect and modernize enterprise systems spanning Salesforce, operational systems, and data platforms. • Drive architecture modernization, security practices, observability, and reusable platform capabilities. • Architect and integrate AI/GenAI and MCP solutions. • Provide technical leadership, align stakeholders, and turn complex business requirements into enterprise production solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Principal-level architecture combined with hands-on engineering skills. • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise systems, and data integration. • Experience across Salesforce, operational systems, and modern data platforms. • Proven expertise in architecture modernization, enterprise security, observability, and building reusable platforms. • Hands-on AI/GenAI and MCP integration experience. • Strong technical leadership, cross-team communication, and executive stakeholder management.
