• Role & Company / Project Overview Infoway Group is hiring a skilled Golang Developer to contribute to scalable microservices, distributed systems, and modern backend architectures in London, UK. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop Go Microservices and REST APIs. - Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka. - Implement distributed communication using gRPC. - Manage databases and data pipelines using PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra. - Deploy and manage containerized applications using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Build CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and GitLab. - Collaborate across Agile, Jira, and Confluence workflows. - Partner with SRE teams and participate in production support operations. - Preferred: Experience in modernizing monolithic applications into scalable, event-driven microservices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience in Golang. - Proficiency in Go Microservices & REST API Development. - Solid expertise in Kafka & Event-Driven Architecture. - Demonstrated knowledge of gRPC & Distributed Systems. - Working experience with PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra. - Proficiency with AWS, Docker & Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD. - Familiarity with Agile, Jira & Confluence. - Production Support & SRE Collaboration experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation details are not specified in the job posting. • Application Instructions - Interested applicants are requested to submit their updated resume via email or reach out by phone.
