Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Carey London Ltd is seeking skilled and dependable Steelfixers to join our project teams working across London and surrounding areas on groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Positioning, tying, and securing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) and mesh according to engineering drawings and specifications. - Operating tying tools and cutting/bending equipment safely. - Ensuring correct cover and spacing of reinforcement before concrete pours. - Working closely alongside shuttering carpenters and concrete finishers. - Adhering to all site health and safety standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Previous experience working with a groundworks and RC frame contractor is essential. - Relevant steel fixing qualifications and demonstrated trade experience. - Must have the valid right to work in the UK. - Reliable, hardworking, and able to work cooperatively within a trade team. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: London and surrounding areas (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV or call for further project details.
