• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst with a strong Data Science mindset to join a team where statistical rigor, analytical thinking, and business impact matter. This role is designed for a data professional who goes beyond dashboards to uncover meaningful insights, prove causality, and drive data-driven decisions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct end-to-end data manipulation, transformation, and modeling using SQL. - Build and deploy statistical models, perform rigorous data analysis, and craft data visualizations in Python. - Design and execute hypothesis testing, probabilistic modeling, and experimental frameworks. - Implement causal modeling techniques to identify true relationships and quantify real-world business impact. - Apply explanatory machine learning models and predictive techniques to uncover actionable trends. - Design and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. - Translate complex statistical and analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of consistent, hands-on professional experience utilizing SQL and Python, accompanied by regular BI and visualization work. - Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference capabilities. - Proven machine learning experience focusing on explanatory and predictive analytics. - Proficiency in building interactive dashboards with Tableau. - Strong data science mindset with an understanding that dashboards are merely the starting point for rigorous analysis. - Superb communication capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. - Must be based locally in London, UK, with valid work authorization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: London, UK. - Work Model: Hybrid setup requiring 3 days onsite per week (Day 1 onsite). - Contract Type: Long-Term Contract. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on candidate expectations and experience (details to be confirmed upon application). • Application Instructions: - Immediate requirement.
