Role & Company / Project Overview: GenPsych is seeking an educational Tutor to support youth and adolescent clients at our Livingston, New Jersey location. This role helps adolescents maintain academic progress while participating in therapeutic treatment programs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver individualized and small group educational tutoring across standard academic subjects. • Assist students with school assignments, coursework completion, and exam preparation in coordination with their schools. • Foster an encouraging, constructive learning environment tailored to students experiencing behavioral health challenges. • Coordinate with clinical therapists and treatment teams to monitor and support each student's well-being. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Background in tutoring, teaching, or academic instruction. • Patient, empathetic approach to working with adolescent students. • Ability to teach a range of middle and high school subjects. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
