• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced .NET Production Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting, debugging, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills to support and maintain business-critical applications in a production environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Support and maintain business-critical applications in a production environment. - Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Conduct log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Required Skills: .NET & C#, ASP.NET Core, Production Support & Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Response & Resolution, Log Analysis, Debugging. - Preferred Skills: Experience supporting production .NET applications, Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Lexington, KY (Mostly Remote / Hybrid). • Application Instructions: Interested candidates, please share your updated resume via the specified email.
