• Role & Company / Project Overview Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Equipment Engineer – Mechanical Field Service with strong hands-on experience in custom automation and industrial machinery. The position involves supporting equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications directly at customer sites. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support equipment installation, repair, and commissioning at customer facilities. - Perform mechanical field service, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for mechanical failure diagnosis. - Conduct machine debugging and system integration on custom automation and industrial machinery. - Execute equipment retrofits, upgrades, and mechanical modifications. - Work with and interpret engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation. - Service and maintain robotics, packaging, and assembly equipment. - Provide direct customer support and technical training to client personnel. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 10+ years of relevant mechanical field service experience. - Strong expertise in custom automation and industrial machinery. - Proficiency in AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS. - In-depth knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. - Extensive experience with bearings, drives, and mechanical drive systems. - Proven capabilities in machine debugging, system integration, retrofits, and upgrades. - Strong troubleshooting and mechanical failure analysis abilities. - Experience working with robotics, assembly lines, and packaging equipment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lewis Center, Ohio, United States - Work Arrangement: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Eligible employees may have access to Intellectt Inc. benefits based on applicable plans and eligibility requirements. - Equal Opportunity Employer. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the contact email or contact by phone.
