Role & Company / Project Overview: CoreAugment is hiring skilled and motivated Debt Collectors with U.S. debt collection experience to join a growing team. The role focuses on professional account recovery, negotiation, and maintaining compliant collection communications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct outreach and negotiations for account recovery following U.S. debt collection standards. • Apply strong communication and negotiation techniques to resolve outstanding balances. • Ensure full adherence to relevant compliance guidelines and regulatory practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in debt collection. • Demonstrated compliance knowledge of U.S. debt collection practices. • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and account recovery skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Onsite at Main Defence Road, Lahore (near McDonald’s), Pakistan. • Shift / Timings: Operating aligned with Florida business hours.
