• Role & Company / Project Overview iTitans is seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive – BPO / Digital Marketing to ensure service quality, process compliance, and client satisfaction. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor, evaluate, and audit outbound calls, leads, and customer interactions against quality benchmarks. - Review digital marketing and operational deliverables for accuracy and brand guidelines. - Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance improvement sessions to team members. - Generate daily and weekly quality scorecards, discrepancy reports, and performance analytics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Executive in a BPO, call center, or digital marketing setup. - Strong eye for detail, process auditing acumen, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication, reporting, and feedback delivery skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM. - Work Mode: Onsite. - Location: Canal Road, Muslim Town Block A, Lahore, Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive remuneration and supportive organizational environment. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated careers email address with the exact position title in the subject line.
