• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a technically strong and hands-on professional to join our Yarn Doubling operations as Assistant Manager – Yarn Doubling in Lahore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee and manage yarn doubling operations and doubling machines - Handle production planning, quality control, efficiency enhancement, and wastage reduction - Manage manpower, assign duties, and ensure production targets are consistently met - Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues arising during production • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduation (Textile Engineers will be preferred) - Experience: 4–6 years of experience in yarn doubling or related textile operations - Strong technical knowledge of doubling machines, operational efficiency, and quality management - Demonstrated ability to lead workforce and achieve production metrics - Prior experience working in yarn manufacturing or yarn dyeing organizations will be preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Lahore, Pakistan - Work Mode: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Submit your updated CV directly to the recruiter via the provided application channels.
